Warranty and shipping

1. New Hardware

Warranty period: 1 year from the date of shipment.

Coverage:

  • Favrit will replace any defective hardware free of charge if the issue is not caused by customer misuse or damage.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions only.

Starting a claim:

  • Before returning any hardware, a support case must be created by contacting Favrit Support via email or phone.
  • Our team will assist with troubleshooting and determine whether the device needs to be returned for inspection.

Exclusions:
Consumable items are not covered by warranty unless they arrive defective. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Batteries
  • Power cables and adapters
  • Other accessories subject to normal wear and tear

Inspection process:

  • Devices can be delivered personally to our office or shipped via postal service.
  • If a fault is confirmed, the customer will receive a free replacement, and Favrit will cover shipping costs.
  • If no fault is found, the device will be returned, and the customer will be charged only for shipping.
  • If the device is found to be damaged by the customer, a new device must be purchased.

2. Used Hardware

Warranty period: 6 months from the date of shipment.

Coverage and process:

  • Used hardware is covered against defects not caused by customer damage.
  • Customers must first contact Favrit Support by email or phone to create a support case before returning the device.
  • The same troubleshooting and inspection procedure applies as for new hardware.
  • If a fault is confirmed, Favrit provides a replacement device of the same used condition.
  • If the issue is caused by customer damage, replacement costs apply.

3. Rental Devices

  • During the inspection period, customers who need an urgent replacement may rent a device free of charge.
  • The rental device must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in.
  • Normal wear and tear is acceptable, but physical or water damage may incur charges.

4. Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the device to Favrit for inspection and for any shipment of rental devices.
  • Customers may use their own shipping method or a shipping label provided by Favrit.
  • If the device is confirmed defective, all shipping costs will be refunded.
