Warranty and shipping
New Hardware
All new hardware sold by Favrit is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of shipment. If any issues arise during this period (provided they are not caused by the customer), the customer is eligible for a free hardware exchange.
To request a replacement, customers should contact Favrit Support. Only if the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the customer will be asked to return the defective hardware for inspection. They may deliver the hardware personally to our office or ship it via postal service.
If a fault is found during inspection, the customer will receive a free replacement device, and Favrit will cover shipping. If no issues are found with the device, Favrit will return the hardware to the customer, charging only for shipping. If the device has been damaged by the customer, they will be responsible for purchasing a new device.
Used Hardware
For used hardware, the warranty period is six months. If any issues occur during this period and they are not caused by the customer, the customer will be eligible to receive free replacement hardware of the same used condition. Customers can contact Favrit Support for troubleshooting. The procedure for receiving a replacement is the same as for new hardware, including the inspection process and conditions for rental devices.
Shipping
In all cases, Favrit will charge the customer for shipping the device back to us for inspection and for the shipment of any rental device, if needed. The customer may also choose to arrange their own shipping instead of using a label provided by us. If the device is found to be defective after inspection, Favrit will refund all shipping costs.
Rental device
During the inspection period, if the customer urgently needs a replacement, they may rent a device for free until the issue is resolved. The rental device must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in; normal wear and tear is acceptable, but any physical or water damage may incur charges.
