Warranty Policy

Warranty period:

  • New hardware: 1 year
  • Used hardware: 6 months

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse.

Before any replacement is issued, the customer must contact support and complete troubleshooting.

If a replacement device is sent, the reported defective device must be returned for inspection. Final warranty coverage is determined after inspection.
