TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Favrit webshop and related online services (the “Webshop”).

The Webshop is operated by Favrit AS.

All purchases, subscriptions and services provided by Favrit are subject to the Customer Agreement entered into between the customer and Favrit AS (the “Customer Agreement”).

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement shall prevail.

The Webshop is intended for approved business customers only.

2. Access and Account

Access to the Webshop may require an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • Ensuring that account information is accurate and up to date

  • All activity conducted through your account

Favrit reserves the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.

3. Orders

An order placed through the Webshop constitutes an offer to purchase.

Orders are not binding until confirmed by Favrit.

Favrit reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order

  • Correct errors in pricing or product information

  • Cancel orders in case of inaccuracies

Payment terms are governed by the Customer Agreement unless otherwise stated in writing.

All hardware purchases are subject to Favrit’s Hardware Policies.

4. Prices and Billing

Prices displayed in the Webshop may be updated without prior notice.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Prices are exclusive of VAT

  • Shipping costs are invoiced according to selected shipping method

Invoicing and payment terms follow the Customer Agreement.

5. Shipping and Risk

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping and returns are further regulated in the Hardware Policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content made available in the Webshop is owned by Favrit or third-party licensors and is used with permission where applicable.

No rights or licenses are granted except as explicitly stated in the Customer Agreement.

7. Relationship with Shopify

The Webshop is powered by Shopify.

All purchases are made directly with Favrit AS. Shopify is not a party to any transaction between you and Favrit and shall not be liable for any claims relating to purchases made through the Webshop.

8. Disclaimer

The Webshop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Favrit does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Webshop.

To the extent permitted by law, warranties and liability are regulated by the Customer Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Favrit’s liability in connection with the Webshop, products and services is governed exclusively by the Customer Agreement.

Nothing in these Terms expands Favrit’s liability beyond what is agreed in the Customer Agreement.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Norwegian law.

Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set out in the Customer Agreement.

11. Changes to These Terms

Favrit may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published in the Webshop.

Continued use of the Webshop constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
