0.5 m is perfect if you use a iPad + printer combination stand.

2 m is great for wall mounted applications.

1 m should be good for everyone else.

USB: Use a cable between your printer and iPad.

Bluetooth: Connect wirelessly to your iPad.

Ethernet: Connect the printer to your local network (require network expertise).

Printers use 80 mm wide thermo rolls, which you can buy from many stores, including office supply stores, engros partners etc.

Included in each printer is a small roll of paper to test the printer.
