Shipping Options & Prices
Favrit offers the following shipping methods. Prices are listed per shipment:
- Pick-up Parcel: NOK 250
- Door Delivery: NOK 500
- Courier (Door Delivery, Oslo Postcodes): NOK 600
- Door Delivery Express: NOK 900
Rental Equipment
For rental equipment, customers pay NOK 750 upfront, which covers shipping to the customer and return shipping at the end of the rental period.
- If rental equipment stops functioning during the rental period:
- Replacement equipment may be sent only if the customer cannot continue operations without it.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for both the replacement and the return of the defective rental equipment.
- If the issue is fully covered by warranty, shipping costs will be credited.
- If damage is caused by customer misuse or external factors, the customer will be invoiced for the damaged equipment and applicable shipping costs.
Rental equipment must be returned no later than 1 month after the rental period ends. Failure to return within this timeframe will result in invoicing without exception.
