Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Customers may return unused hardware within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions:

• The product must not have been used.
• The original packaging must not have been opened.
• The customer must contact support or the shop team before returning any items to initiate a return case.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
